Hi Elisabeth! My aunt was in hospice when I was younger, so I wasn't privy to many of the details. But after reading your blog, I learned that I had a lot to learn about hospice care. I thought it was only for end-of-life patients. I didn't know there were options to terminate hospice care. Your blog was very informative and I referred it to a friend of mine who is currently going through this process with her stepfather.

Personally, I don't know where I would be without my personal planner. I keep track of appointment times, medicine dosages, doctor's notes, and other pertinent information. Using a planner helps me stay organized, focused, and on track with making sure I'm keeping it all together.
